We are an engineering consulting firm in the northern suburb of Chicago in Glenview Illinois. We are committed to serve our customers with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism, where affordability and the highest quality service is our goal.
One of our niche service industry is metal packaging. We can provide our clients with expertise in food and beverage, metal container testing, product improvement, new product development and product quality issues. In addition, we provide investigation and manufacturing process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean methodology.
We have associate metallurgist and engineers who specialize in routine mechanical testing, materials evaluation and failure analysis, microscopy including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), chemical analysis using Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray fluorescent (XRF) analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Optical Emission Spectroscopy in the automotive, gears, railroad, residential and commercial constructions, springs, tool and dies, castings, heat treating, medical, dental and electronic industries.

Our Ph.D. metallurgist with Six Sigma Black Belt training, highly qualified professional engineers and technicians and staff bring many years of experience in the field of materials science and metallurgy and are ready to assist you with your projects.
We have an associated testing lab which is accredited by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) and is in compliance with ISO 17025 for laboratories. Our lab is equipped with the state-of-the-art testing and evaluation instruments which helps us provide the highest quality and independent expert service to our clients. Our metallurgists, scientists, engineers and professional staff hold memberships in the following organizations: ASM International, American Chemical Society, American Society for Testing and Materials International, Metallographic Society and Micro-beam Analysis Society.

Our office is located in the northern suburb of Chicago in Glenview Illinois, which is a short trip from the Chicago’s O’Hare airport or a smaller commuter Palwaukee airport.
